This in-person session is to help reduce and/or remove energy blocks in the body - including emotional, physical and spiritual. An excellent opportunity to release tension and stress. During this 90-minute Reiki session we will address the areas of your life that may be contributing to the energy blocks in the body. Take the time to nurture yourself with this in person experience.
