This is a healing technique uses tapping on meridian points of the body to release "negative" emotions - sending a signal to the amygdala (the fight or flight mechanism) in the brain to relax; then, replenishing with some positive reinforcement. This process may be used for but not limited to: fears, phobias, changing behavioral patterns & unhealthy habits, developing different viewpoints about life experiences, inner-child healing, and more.
